The leadership academy is a program designed to develop and enhance leadership skills in individuals. It is aimed at professionals who want to improve their ability to lead and manage teams. The program includes a series of workshops, training sessions, coaching and mentoring, and experiential learning opportunities. Participants learn about different leadership styles, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. They also acquire knowledge about organizational culture, team dynamics, and strategic planning. The goal of a leadership academy is to equip individuals with the tools and knowledge needed to become effective leaders, inspiring and empowering others to achieve shared goals. This academy is held twice a year. Once in February and then a gain in July.
